BM #1 - AAE - Day 6 - Vermicili Upma

Upma is a common South Indian breakfast dish, cooked as a thick porridge from dry roasted semolina. Various seasonings and/or vegetables are often added during the cooking, depending on individual preferences. Though traditionally semolina (sooji or rava) is used, Upma is being now made with various other ingredients like vermicilli.
